These are the gifts which I made for my Mum for mothers day.
A Petunia Bag made with fabric purchased from the recent Quilt Show. I loved making this bag. The pattern was so easy to follow and very very quick. The only problem I had was that I could not purchase any heavy duty interfacing locally so I just used normal pellon so it is a little floppy.
A mug bag - I just love this fabric
I can now add these to my May finishes.

Your Mums very lucky! I too have made the Petunia bag and just used normal pellon...still holds the shape well.

Just beautiful. Love the pattern of the bag, pitty you are totally happy with the stiffness. I MUST make a mug bag too soon.
